مقدمة :

يسر الشركة العربية لانتاج الادوية البيطرية( المحدودة) ان تعلن عن اعادة الدعوة لمقاولين مؤهلين لتقديم عروض تنافسية لمناقصة تنفيذ الاعمال الانشائية والكهربائية والميكانيكية(الكتروميكانيكس ) لمصنع المشروع المزمع البدء فى انشائه في عام 2009 .

فى مدينة الخرطوم – السودان

وعليه يكون هذا الاعلان بمثابة دعوة للشركات المحلية والعالمية المؤهلة و المتخصصة في تنفيذ مشاريع للصناعات الدوائية والتى لديها الرغبة التقديم للمناقصة والحصول على كراسة العطاء من الشركة

Introduction:

Arab Company for Veterinary Medicine Production (ACVMP) has the pleasure to invite qualified contractors to submit competitive Tender Bids for the erection and execution of Civil and Electro-mechanical works of the plant in 2009. at Khartoum – Sudan"

Local and International qualified-contractors specialized in the execution of pharmaceutical plants who are interested are invited to provide their Tender Bids and obtain the Tender Documents from (ACVMP)

اولا :معلومات عامة:

على الشركات الراغبة فى التقديم تزويدنا بالمعلومات التالية :

1/ اسم الشركة بالكامل وان تكون بيانات تسجيلها سارية المفعول وموثقة من المسجل العام للشركات او اتحاد الغرف التجارية بالبلد المعنى , وكذلك خطتهم ونيتهم للتسجيل فى السودان بشكل مستقل او بالمشاركة مع شريك سودانى مسجل وتنفيذ الاعمال وفق القانون السودانى .

2/ اسم وبيانات تسجيل الشريك السوداني بالكامل

( ان وجد).

3/ بيانات ملكية/ تأسيس الشركة والشريك السوداني ( ان وجد ) وتشتمل على الاتى :

- تحديد ما اذا كانت الشركة عامة ام لا .

- تقديم اسماء المساهمين الاساسيين بالشركة ونسبة مساهمة كل منهم .

- اسم الشركة الام او الفروع او الجهات التي تتبع للشركة ، وكذلك الهيكل التنظيمي الذي يبين العلاقة بين هذه الشركات.

- اسم المفوض او المالك للشركة .

- طبيعة العلاقة بين المقاول والشريك السوداني

( ان وجد )، مثل الشراكة التامة اوغير التامة او غيرها ، مع تاريخ تأسيس هذه العلاقة .

4/ تقديم كافة البيانات المطلوبة باللغة الانجليزية .

First: General Information :

All interested companies shall submit the necessary information below:

1/ Company full name and valid registration in the country of origin approved by commercial chamber or by Commercial registrar general, and their plan and intention to register in Sudan solely or through a joint venture with a Sudanese registered partner, to conduct business in accordance with Laws in Sudan.

2/ Company full name and company registration details of Sudanese partner (if any).

3/ Details of Ownership /Corporate Organization of Contractor and Sudanese partner (if any) containing the following:

- Identify whether or not the company is publicly held

- Provide the name of major shareholders of the company and their percentage of equity interest.

- Name of parent , Affiliate and Subsidiary companies

Organization chart depicting the relationship between the companies.

-Name of Managing Director or Owner.

-Nature of relationship between Contractor & Sudanese partner (if any) , e.g. incorporated joint venture , unincorporated joint venture etc including date of formation relationship.

4/ Provide all information requested in English

ثانيا: المؤهلات المطلوبة للشركات المقدمة للعطاء

- السيرة الذاتية للشركة يجب ان تتضمن الاتى :

1/ المشاريع المنفذة ( بالاخص فى المجال الصناعى) بواسطة الشركة بالكامل او بالشراكة مع شركات اخرى خارج السودان , وكذلك المشاريع التى قامت الشركة بتنفيذها فى السودان او افريقيا ( ان وجدت )

2/ خبرة كافية فى مجال اعمال الالكتروميكانيكس فى مشاريع صناعة الادوية وتركيب الاجهزة والمعدات الملحقة به.

3/ خبرة الشركة فى مجال تنفيذ مشاريع مصانع الادوية البيطرية والبشرية طبقا لمتطلبات cGMP وخصوصا خطوط انتاج المعقمات.

Second: Required Qualifications of Bidders:

- The profile of the company should involve the following:

1/ All the works ( especially in industrial plants ) executed completely or partially by the company also all works been executed in Sudan or Africa(if any)

2/ Demonstrate specialty and previous experience in (MEP) services in pharmaceutical Plants, erection and installation of all the machines & equipments.

3/ Demonstrate specialty and previous experience in execution of Vet & Human pharmaceutical plants in accordance to cGMP, especially in sterile production lines.

4/خبرة الشركة فى تنفيذ اعمال المستشفيات والصناعات الغذائية .

5/ المعدات والاليات التى سوف توفرها الشركة بالموقع مع بيان نوعية الملكية ( ملك للشركة او ايجار)

6/ الهيكل التنظيمى للشركة يبين بوضوح الكادر الفنى

والادارى للشركة وخبراتهم ومؤهلاتهم وكذلك نوعية العلاقة مع الشركة ( عمل ثابت / مؤقت).

7/ تقديم كشوفات مالية مراجعة ومعتمدة من قبل جهة معترف بها للثلاث سنوات الاخيرة تتضمن القدرة المالية للشركة , رأس المال الفعلى للشركة, موجودات الشركة , والارباح السنوية وغيرها ,

8/تقديم المعلومات العامة والمؤهلات المطلوبة اعلاه قبل 16/8/2009.

4/ Demonstrate specialty and previous experience of the company in execution & erection of Hospitals

& food Plants.

5/ All equipments that will be available at site shall be identified whether it belongs directly to Co (or hired).

6/ The company Organization chart & c.v of their administrative & technical staff and their Relationship with the company (permanent / temporary job).

7/ Provide audited financial statements for the Last 3 Years including company capital, properties, turnover & net profit.

8/The above General Information and Required Qualifications information to be submitted

before 16/8/2009

ثالثا:شروط عامة:

يجب مراعاة الشروط التالية :

1/ تحتفظ الشركة العربية لانتاج الادوية البيطرية بالحق في طلب معلومات اضافية من المقاولين الراغبين بتقديم العطاء.

2/ على الشركات المؤهلة الراغبة في التقديم للمناقصة الحصول على وثائق المناقصة وشروط العطاء بعد دفع مبلغ $ 1500 (الف وخمسمائة دولار امريكي) لا ترد, وذلك من مكاتب الشركة على العنوان المبين ادناه.

3/لن تقوم الشركة العربية لانتاج الادوية البيطرية بدفع اي مبالغ مقابل ما يتم تقديمه بموجب هذا الاعلان.

4/الشركة العربية لانتاج الادوية البيطرية غير ملزمة بقبول العرض الاقل سعرا او اي عرض اخر.

5/يمكن الحصول على اية معلومات بخصوص المناقصة من الشركة على العنوان المبين ادناه.

Third: General Conditions

The following conditions should be noted:

1/ ACVMP reserve the right to request further information from the contractors willing to submit Bids.

2/ The interested qualified company can obtain The Tender Documents and Tender Condition upon payment of non-refundable fee of 1500 USD for one set, from the Company head office addressed below.

3/ ACVMP will not make any form of payment for submissions presented in response to this announcement.

4/ Arab Company for Veterinary Medicine Production (ACVMP) does not bind himself to accept the lowest Bid price or any other Bid.

5/Any information can be obtained by writing to the Company by any mean stated in the address below.

تسلم العطاءات الفنية والمالية في مظاريف مغلقة, كل على حدى, باليد او بالبريد السريع واخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات يوم 10/9/2009 قبل الساعة 12:00 ظهرا
